Public Transport

St Michael’s Church is at the corner of Hillside and Knatchbull Road in Stonebridge. It is well served by public transport, being 10 minutes’ walk from Harlesden Station, and 20 minutes’ walk from Stonebridge Park station. 18, 206 and 224 buses stop within metres of the church. We have our own car park, located at the back of the church, as well as a drop off point located at the front of the church.

ACCESSIBILITY

We have level access for all our services and groups on Sundays and weekdays via doors from the car park, suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs and those who wish to avoid steps.

Please enter our campus from Knatchbull Road and look for the black-painted wooden doors ahead and slightly to your right. A sloping corridor leads to the church interior via one metal ramp and to the facilities including accessible lavatory. The church halls have step-free access throughout and the church interior has ramps where necessary.

The Hillside porch entrance has a number of steep steps. Our plan has been to install a lift at this entrance, but for the moment we have many urgent repairs to the fabric of the existing building so we have concentrated on making temporary access possible via ramps at the Knatchbull Road end.

Via Car

We are located on the corner of Knatchbull Road and Hillside, Stonebridge on a busy main road which connects the major roads in the area. Our location provides good public transport and road links both into central London and to the Home Counties. We are located close to the North Circular Road, A5, A40, M1 and M40.
